When you are healthy, your hormones will be in better balance and it will make conceiving a whole lot easier (and that applies to both men and women).

Knowing how to fall pregnant is not always a simple ‘one size fits all’ solution however, but there are things you can do to stay in great shape that will improve your odds of getting pregnant no matter what your situation.

There have been plenty of reports about women who have been told they could never have a child but after taking supplements and embarking on exercise programs such as yoga have gone on the have healthy babies.

Of course, you still should see your doctor to help you on your journey to conceive. At the very least, staying healthy will make the pregnancy easier when the day finally comes when you find out you are pregnant.

Trampoline Safety Guidelines
Jul 27th, 2009 by admin

Trampoline safety is of the utmost importance, especially when you take into consideration that the majority of the people who use trampolines on a regular basis are children. How do you make sure your trampoline is safe?  There are a number of guidelines listed here which will help:

    1. Make sure to buy a good quality trampoline to avoid collapse, problems with springs, and mat tearing.
    2. Install a safety enclosure that fits snugly and is also of good quality to avoid bouncing off the mat.
    3. Use spotters and knowledgeable supervisors to ensure trampoline safety.  Do not allow children to jump on the trampoline without supervision.
    4. Keep objects away from the trampoline. Don’t jump from the trampoline into a pool or any other object.
    5. Do not install the trampoline on concrete or other hard surfaces.  Grass and rubber are the best surfaces in case of falls.
    6. Do not attempt somersaults or flips until very experienced and confident of your abilities on the trampoline. Improper landings are a cause of many injuries.
    7. Install adequate frame pads that completely cover the frame and springs of the trampoline so there is no danger of pinching, getting the hair stuck, or falling between the springs.
    8. Only jump in the middle of the trampoline. This is especially important with round versions, as the “bounce” when you are closer to the edge can push you off.
    9. Never allow more than one person to be on the trampoline at a time.  Eliminate the possibility of collision altogether.
    10. Check the trampoline over at least once or twice a week.  Make sure there are no tears in the mat or net screen enclosure.  Check the springs for excessive stretching, and replace those when needed.
    11. Check the weight limits for your particular model and people at or near this limit should not use the equipment.
    12. Keep ladders and stools away from the trampoline when no adult supervision is available. This will prevent small children from jumping on it without somebody ensuring their safety.
