The value of a home is related to many items. The exterior of the home itself, and all the interior amenities, woodwork, floor plans and size add to the value. The landscaping of a home gives it curb appeal to be noticed in the neighborhood that it is located in, and inground pools and spas definitely are an upgrade to any home.

The possibilities are endless when adding a pool or spa to your backyard. There are pools in every shape imaginable and most pool construction companies can custom design a pool in any size around your existing landscape theme. There really are an endless amount of pool designs possible. Pools may be purchased in vinyl, fiberglass or gunite pools. There are also options of the in ground pool, above ground pool or semi inground pool. Inground pools are generally custom made in gunite. The vinyl and fiberglass pools are already shaped and drop into the ground. The above ground pools have a large deck around them with a ladder to enter the pool, and the semi above ground pools have decking steps to enter the pool.

Spas come in all sizes, colors and shapes also. There are many options available in choosing a hot tub or spa also. Many people like to have in ground pools and spas as a combination package so that they are joined together. Some hot tubs have many jets for relaxation and include both sitting and laying down positions. Spas may have a built in television, a mini bar and even a towel warmer.

One of the largest values of a pool or spa is the family value. Independent studies show that families with pools and spas tend to stay home together more often and invite friends over instead of visiting others. This leads to a family with better communication skills, especially with the children, and also increases basic family values.

Resveratrol is a relatively new supplement billed as the next big thing for anti-aging. Maybe you haven’t heard of resveratrol because it’s just become widely available in the last year. This supplement helps activate genes which may slow down your aging process. Although results have only been confirmed on lower level of animals human trails are currently occurring and show many positive benefits.

There are a few resveratrol side effects that are not reported by all users. First, be sure to double check with your doctor to make sure it doesn’t conflict with any other medication you may be taking. Some users taking low quality resveratrol experienced diarrhea. Low quality resveratrol supplements contain too much emodin, which can lead to digestive problems.

Other users of resveratrol experienced increased joint pain or pain in their Achilles tendon. This side effect is thought to come from taking heavy doses of resveratrol, and less cases have been reported when users controlled their dosage. Remember to discuss with your doctor when adding this supplement to your diet. The benefits of resveratrol can be many, but should be weighed against the side effects for each individual.

In my family we grew up drinking tea. We would drink tea in the evening, drink tea with dessert and whenever people would come for a visit we would make a pot. It was a staple in our house. It’s one of the more popular teas that comes from China; after you taste it you’ll understand why.
