If you are looking for medical assistant employment, there are several things you can do to boost your competitive advantage.  The most important and productive thing you can do is become certified.  The certification process requires that applicants complete a certain amount of coursework as well as internships.  So if you are able to become certified, you are showing that you have education and experience as a medical assistant.  There are many medical assistant certification programs available.

The next thing you should do is get specific about what you want.  Do you want to work closely with the patients or the doctors?  Do you prefer to do more administrative type tasks?  Medical offices have different needs for medical assistants, and you will have the best luck finding a job if you are able to equally match your workplace desires with a potential employers specific needs.

Scotts Lawn Fertilizer

I often get asked what is the quickest way to make my lawn beautiful? Everyone is looking for the easy fix. I have good news for everyone - there is in fact a “quick” fix for your lawn. It is called Scotts lawn fertilizer and it will do wonders for a shabby and unhealthy lawn. If you are only fertilizing your lawn once or twice a year, then you are seriously under nourishing your grass. You really need to be fertilizing at least 3 times a year and preferably as much as five times per year. You will see incredible gains in the greenness and the overall vitality of your grass. I personally prefer Scotts brand fertilizer, but you don’t necessarily have to get it. All you need is a little bit of money and a couple minutes to spread the fertilizer out and you will be well on your way to a beautiful lawn.

What you Need to Carry on your Vending Route
Sep 9th, 2009 by admin

It’s helpful if you carry a large container of some variety in which to store all the necessities to service your route. Some people choose the rolling Tupperware containers fastened with bungees on a rolling dolly, while I prefer to use a large rolling duffle bag to meet my needs. I place two smaller soft-sided coolers to keep my things organized in the duffle bag. All my perishables are kept in one, and I put everything else in the other.

In addition to your product, you’ll be required to carry a notebook, your keys, some nuts and bolts, a few screwdrivers, tape, some business cards, cleaning product and gloves and some rags. You’ll most likely want to have an extra coin mechanism and head in your vehicle in case an unexpected situation arises. If you carry these tools, you won’t have to waste time making an unnecessary trip back home while out servicing your vending route.
