A Better Doll
Oct 12th, 2009 by admin

I have the cutest niece her name is Eve and she is the sweetest thing you have ever met. I am always trying to find great gifts for her, but she is a little spoiled and she always has everything. That’s why I was very excited when I read about the new Liv Dolls. These are brand new so there is no way she already has one. The Liv Dolls are similar to Bratz or Moxie dolls except that they are more like real girls. They are pose-able and the bodies are proportioned more realistically. If real body were skinny and plastic with giant heads. They also have creepy I mean pretty glass eyes and they have interchangeable wigs. My niece will be getting liv doll Daniela this year I believe she is the rocker Liv Doll.

Transformers Soundtrack
Sep 28th, 2009 by admin

Transformers is one of those beloved creations that will be a part of our culture for a long time.  What started out in Japan as a child’s toy, has transformed over the decades into vast empire including toys, comic books, cartoon shows, and movies.

As everyone knows, in 2007 a huge Hollywood movie based on the Transformers characters was released.  This live-action movie captured the attention of children and adults.  Especially the young-adults who grew up with transformers action figures in the 80’s.

The soundtrack to the first Transformers movie is mostly filled with alternative rock songs.  While not as big and loud as the movie, it is certainly not a Kids Bop CD either.

Critics of the Transformers Soundtrack are upset that the score and the songs actually used in the movie are not on the CD.   So while it may not be the best representation of the movie, the songs are still good and enjoyable.
