1. Cone Hopping – You can do cone hopping even in your backyard. All you would need would be an object, such as a small bench, about ¾ foot tall and wide. Position it in such a way that you are standing on its left side. Force yourself to jump high up without touching the object going to its right side. Jump from one side to another for 16 counts.
2. Elevated Box Jumping – In elevated box jumping, find an elevated space that would not fall off when you jump to it. The height should reach around your hips to your waist and should be wide enough. From the ground, jump up to the elevated space and rest there on a squatting position for the next two seconds.
