The jump manual is a vertical workout program that has become the number one training program for athletes that want to increase their vertical leap.

Jacob Hiller is the creator of the jump manual and has trained many professional athletes how to jump higher.

Any person that plays a sport that places any amount of importance in jumping knows that jumping is the most important thing you can improve in most cases.

So how do you jump higher.  Jumping is a science that has been perfected now and can result in very impressive increases in a very short time.  It used to be that you would have to train for months to add a couple inches on your vertical leap but now you can add that in a matter of weeks.

Jumping Exerices

Learning the correct jumping exericses can turn you into a great jumper.  You simply need to follow advice from people that have studied plyometrics and that can teach you the right way to go about increasing your vertical leap ability.

The number one best workout for jumping higher is the squat.  But squats alone will not get you much more height on your vertical jump.  You need to focus on doing plyometrics.  Plyos are workouts designed to increase your speed so that you can get more out of each jump.  Jumping is a combination of speed and strength which equals power.  You can’t get great power without strength so that’s why you need to do squats.  But you also need speed or that strength will be good for nothing.
