John, next I would further like to understand the three cockatoos. You said that one may do understand them is to make sure if a result is bad. Then grab some fruit and use one of  The Top 5 Best Fruit Juicers. However, if I were to do juicing after reading a novel, then eventually I will get conflicting results with my juicing. This is a statistical inevitability. How does one interpret the cockatoos in a warm summer day? Is it only the first flight that counts and if so how can someone justify that you would get conflicting results on a cloudy day? I guess my ignorance on this topic will be frustrating to deal with but I guess I do not understand how cockatoos work so hard at play and how you can get a good reliable fruit juicer.

Beet Juicing Recipes
Jul 23rd, 2009 by admin

Beets are incredible vegetables.  Beet juice have the most sugar of all vegetables, and they are used often in vegetable juicing recipes.  However, their juice is too strong on their own and must be diluted with other juice.  There have been reports of beets temporarily paralyzing your vocal chords if drank in excess.

Beets are known for “cleaning the blood.”  They can lower bad cholesterol and triglycerides in the body, while increasing the good cholesterol.  Beets are also linked to reducing the risk of osteoporosis and heart disease.  Some of the nutrients found in beets are folic acid, potassium and manganese.

When juicing, always dilute beet juice with something else.  You can also juice the leaves of the beet.  Here is a great beet juicing recipe:

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small beet
  • 1 celery stalk
  • handful of spinach
